How critical is it to have the Rollie C-41 chemicals mixed at 120F? My tap is 105F. It seems strange that it needs to be so high.

There is about 30 pages on Digibase in a thread. Try and search. I think it was called Rollei Digibase C-41The answer might lie there but looking at my instructions I wonder if the water having to be at 120F is because Digibase assume that once mixed the dev will be used instantly and it also assumes that the chems will be at room temp so when mixed in the correct proportions the resultant temp becomes 100F.

These are all assumptions on my part but I cannot think of any other reason why 120F was chosen.
