I have been using a lot of the Rollei 400 IR film and the one thing that drives me just a little crazy is the negatives curling.
In correspondence with the Rollei/Maco team they offered the following information concerning the curling of the negatives.

The plan layer of the ROLLEI IR film is
excellent, because he is coated with a special anti-curling coating.
The advantages, however, are only be valid if the film is* _COLD
dried_*_, *and hanging to dry with a heavy counterweight*_. _*Never
dry synthetic films HOT!*_
