Hello, I have read few Rollei 35 discussions regarding stucking shutter speed bellow 1/15 also with descriptions how to fix it, but I have opposite problém. I bought this camera on Ebay, speeds 1/30 and shorter (faster) seems works correctly ( minimally based on accustic comparison I mean shutter between 1/30 and 1/500 are OK. Differencess are noticeable) Shutter from 1/15 and slower are too fast - All looks like 1/60.
B (bulb) is working correctly.
Has someone experiences what can be rootcause of this issue?

Thanks you

Leaf shutter operation uses a timer delay mechanism for speeds from 1 second to 1/125 second. There are two adjustments on the delay timer, the travel of the operating lever and the tension on the pallet. Slow speeds use the maximum travel of the operating lever and the maximum tension on the pallet. The main cocking spring supplies the power for the timer to run, the speed dial the travel and tension settings.
On leaf shutters that run slow the travel lever and pallet tension move but the gearing turns slowly and the pallet does not move easily resulting in slow speeds.
On shutter that run fast or some/all speeds the same the travel lever does not move the full distance of the space allocated to the set speed. Sometimes it moves a little other times it does not move at all.
Send the camera out for a CLA (clean, lube, adjust).

Thank you very much for quick and detailed description. When I look on screws carefully it seems that someone alredy open camera in the past.
I will first try one film to see results with shutter between 1/60 and 1/500. I think longer shutter speeds by taking of pictures from hand I will not use. I will see if camera will take pictures correctly. And after this I will decide about next step, if only cleaning will be the issue. I hope no other "surprise" will come.

You will not use 1/500 sec? You would be limiting yourself especially if you use ISO 400 film. In sunshine that needs 1/500 @ f16.
