Rodinal, Blaxinol, Adonal ... where is it ?

We have just restarted B&W developing ... and I was ordering chemistry and film ... when I discovered how difficult it is to get Rodinal.

Where the heck can I get this stuff from ?

Henry's does not have Blazinol.
B&H does not ship Adonal, same with Freestyle.

Hmm, they had several bottles a couple of days ago, give or take. Also saw some at a recent camera show in Toronto.

I have not been down there in years ... the other stores darkroom section is kept on a couple of shelves behind the counter.

See, if you were in Toronto and had gone to that camera show, one of the sellers always has Blazinal on the table (new styled bottles as well !) and you coulda bought him out lol. Buy two, save a few bucks. Maybe time to pull out the tylenols and home brew ? j/k

Thanks for all the suggestions.

It looks like FilmPlus will be my new favourite store. I will have to send them an email to see if Blazinol is in stock.

NB23 ... I used to use Rodinal in the old days so I am familiar with it's characteristics (and other developers) ... is it now considered a wonder drug of film developers ???

Darkroom Central (actually the always-wonderful Photo Central) does not have Blazinal...I know, I checked in person. Not sure when it's coming back but I'm not holding my breath.

True dat, and the best part is the people there are so friendly...they can't help but to buy a poor out-of-town bumpkin a drink.
