1:2? NO no no. Trust me...you don't want to do that.
Normal film dilution for Rodinal is 1+25 or 1+50.
Has anyone ever tried concentrated Rodinal
(like 1:2) as paper developer? I'm currently
using Dektol but I'm curious to experiment.
Test with some 5x7. Use 3ml in 150ml solution
volume, one-shot. Then go from there. I draw the
line at 3 1/2 minutes; single sheet processing. Rodinal
is a one-shot extremely concentrated developer.
BTW, 3ml is about as little as is used for one
roll of film. If that's enough chemistry for a
roll of film it certainly is enough for a
small print. Dan
