Rodenstock Eurygon 300mm f/4.5
Very rare Rodenstock Eurygon portrait lens.
This is one of the last series Rodenstock made of this lenses, in 1946, I guess.
It is coated already but it has blemishes, it looks not beautiful but it has absolutly no negative effect to the optical quality.
Otherwise the glass is clean and clear.
The aperture works well.
The lens is ready mounted on a Sinar lens board and can be use with the Sinar/Copal shutter.
The 300mm Eurygon can be use up to the 8x10“ size, angle of view is around 60°
My tests showing that the Eurygon lenses are perfect for wetplate and dryplate photography because you win 1 EV because this lenses let pass UV and blue light beams with a very high transmission.
The Eurygon is the best choice for this processes.
The lens comes with a neopren cap.
