It's in very nice shape, some paint flecks gone around the exterior edge of the rim, no damage, razor sharp, beautiful glass. In Copal-1 shutter, on 5.5" lensboard. Obviously has the retaining ring. Has front and rear lenscaps.

It looks like it's going to be a while before I get a new 4x5, so I'm letting this go now.
