I'll be the first to admit that I am a junkie for found abstracts whilst wandering about. I was testing my new (to me) Hasselblad 500 C/M body using a 60mm f/3.5 Distagon hand held and came upon this:

Kodak TXT exposed at ASA 400 and semistand processed for 60 min in Pyrocat-HD 1.5:1:250. Scan of silver print.

I find that when I am in such huge open spaces such as Death Valley, I tend to get closer.

This is the backside of Manly Beacon in Death Valley...quite a different view from what is usually shown from Zabriskie Point. 16x20 silver gelatin print from 4x5.
