In a wave of greed  I just ordered a Processmaster from Richard Ross at RH-designs. I'm curious, does anyone here own and/or can comment on it?

Thanks,

Jaap Jan

I just got one for Christmas. I'm digging it so far. Not planning on using the temperature compensation stuff...

I also hope it's good.....i've just ordered one too :D

It's a shame I haven't found one that has a timer display for each step, other than the small LCD units......they're not easy to see in dim light.

It's great. But don't do what I did--connect it to any old power supply. The one I had lying about had the polarity opposite to that of the RH timer. Stupidly I connected it and instantly fried a component. Richard was very helpful, repaired it promptly and sent it back with the RH recommended power supply which I ordered from RH.

The percentage plus and minus D is very useful.

Mike, you will have no problems with reading the quite large display of each step, which can be dimmed as well. I keep mine under the bench because I'm neurotic; I'm assured that it's fine on the bench as regards fogging when tray processing.

Regards - Ross

Though I've bought other things from RH Designs, I haven't stopped to take a good at this item really. Now I can see this would be handy. Is anyone using the waterproof 'cable gland' for inverting agitation with Paterson tanks??

I have the original model of the process master and love it. I use it for both film development and print processing. Couldn't survive without it.

Everything I've ever purchased from RH Designs including the ProcessMaster is worth every penny.
