RH Designs - AP odd reading ??

Went to do some darkroom work just now, switched on the Analyser Pro and got this reading

Tried to reset, switched off, same reading.

It should read the default (grade) 2 then 15 (seconds)

Any ideas as what is going on; is there a "factory reset" anyone knows about?

Maybe those set of light segments no longer work. when powering on (or going into paper select mode) does it read PAP1 or is the second P missing?

Yes you are correct; the middle numeral in that section does not work.

The unit is only 4 months old so very disappointing. I will contact RH and go from there.
