Hi,

Got a problem with the device. When I changed my enlarger I ran through the calibration procedure. It went more or less OK, I put the results in and tried to use it in real life. I noticed that the times of exposure went totally out of reason - normally exposed frame showed 4-5 seconds with lens half closed down and 150W condenser head half on the column of a big Laborator L1200. I suspected that I've done something wrong with the calibration (offsets ranging from -23 till -30) so I started it over zeroing offset and contrast corrections. I put a head on top of the column, stopped down the lens to f44 and made an initial measure according to the calibration manual. It showed 3.26 sec. I tried to change paper channels, grades, etc - no result - 3.26 sec is the longest time I could measure. There is absolutely no way to have 10-20 seconds required by the manual. It seems, that something is wrong with the software after I put new calibration data, I do not expect any HW issue. Is there any way to bring this device to the factory settings?

There's a brilliant fellow named Michael Dyson who is the engineer for Secondhand Darkroom Supplies. He helped me with a cable issue I had with my timers.
I would send a message to Secondhand Darkroom Supplies. Fabulous support.
