Hallo all, I just bought an enlarger here in Köln, it a Revue w two rodenstock lenes 50, 75 mm, but I have no instruction manual, any help appreciated

I am from Revue-country but nevertheless this is the first time I learn of a Revue branded enlarger...

Google offers me different models. You should upload/link to a photo of your model, so we can identify it.

But I assume such model being simple enough for us to answer most questions without a manual.

wasn't this the one sold by Photo Quelle?

Probably a Polish made enlarger, a rebadged Krokus. You should be able to find a manual online.

Just had a look in a 1969 Amateur Photographer magazine at a Dixons advert, they were similar to Photo Quelle, both were the major chain store photo shops in their own country and importing and rebadging many of he same products.

The Prinz enlargers are in fact made by. Krokus, Chinon cameras were initially old under the Prinz name as well. When they became sole UK importer they stopped rebadging Chinon cameras.

You are rt Agx, came from foto-quelle, posted on shipping label, but no model number. I'll post a photo this evening...everything seems to be present, dual condenser, templets for different size neg., I'm hoping it will work on 120 film as well. I'm obviously new to all this, but want to jump in and begin printing, seems Abit daunting at first, bur exciting as well ..thanks for input

I have a 'Revue' - labled 6x6 enlarger with color head and it was made by Dunco Apparatebau / Berlin. I bought some stuff for the Dunco 66 which fits perfect for the 'Revue'.

Macfred, you are et, my Revue is made by DUNCO, but there is no model number, is there a way to find a manual. It has color filter tray, and I think it can do 4x4, but pretty basic unit, was it made in Germany?

Mine is similar to the Mod.II 66c - there were / are the Mod.II 66 and 67 series (various models like the SW; VC; C; CVC and VS) for 120 medium format film and for 35mm film the DUNCO KB35 / DUNCO KB235.
Those were made in Germany.
Dunco is still in buisiness with their Mod.II 67 enlargers (and some other stuff). https://www.dunco.de/apparatebau/produkte/vergroesserungen/
Dunco also was distributor for the excellent FUJIMOTO 90MD (6x9) and FUJIMOTO 450MD/450C (4'x5') enlargers.

Thanks, I'll check out the models you listed, must be similar just renamed Revue. I'm very new to all this darkroom business, had a HS course 35 yrs ago, but jumping in both feet, happy to be back shooting film again.thanks again

Macfred, we still do not know which Dunco model the OP got. You are just guessing that it is Model II-66. I then assume it is the model II-66 sw, which is the most basic version, with opal bulb.
But there are older models too.

Agent X, I was waiting for you ...

I'm aware that we don't know which enlarger he got - we still need a photo to identify. I'm with you that he probably doesn't have a c/vc/cvc - model because he reported a 'broken bulb'.
Yes, the mod.II sw needs opal bulb - never doubted that.
Mine is a mod.II 66c - similar model and I added the manual of the mod.II 66 /67 c/vc/cvc for 'illustration purposes' - it's the one I downloaded when I got my enlarger.

You have to resize your image down to maybe 800px longest side https://resizeimage.net/
As an aside, wouldn't it be great if the "file too large" message included macfred's suggestion?
I think I will pass this on to Sean (the owner of this site).
The pictured enlarger looks a bit like the Krokus enlargers we sometimes see around here.
Can we see a photo of inside the enlarger, showing where the light source screws or plugs in, along with any appropriate measurements?

Here you go
