Hey guys. I have a Leica MP and the ISO dial is trash.

My friend has an M6 and the ISO dial is well made and easy to use.

Does anyone happen to know if I can trade the back plate or even just the ISO dial?

The early MP's (2002 - 2004) came with the M6 ISO dial, whether that means the contacts on the door and body are in the same position I don't know.

update btw, I tried using two leica M6ttl versions and normal m6 and it did not work. the readings are far off. though maybe it's possible to compensate but I din't try that but also it's so far off that some ISO's would just be unable to be accounted for
