So after two years of pestering, Freestyle has found me a 127 film -- Rerapan 100. It appears to be made by a tractor factory in Japan.

Has anyone ever heard of or used it?

I would say it is just converted in Japan.

Hi!
Please, see this: (there was a url link here which no longer exists)
It offers some clarification on Rerapan 100.

Update: cool! It's $2 more than on eBay but you don't have to buy 10 rolls! Haha

Still don't know who actually made it and what the real emulsion is...

I wouldn't be admired if it is Shanghai GP3 or Fomapan 100. They are the emulsions that are more likely to be used.

Wish they would buy the ilford 46mm bulk rolls and use those... The 100 stuff is too slow for what I use my 127 TLR for... Indoor modeling... I shoot at 800 with the HP5+

400 is too fast for what I use 127 for. Brownies and my Revere EyeMatic max out at 100 in daylight.

Sure the Yashica 44 can use anything. I save my HP5+ for that.

I might buy 10 rolls of this.

Yea I like control so I don't often use "p&s" style film cameras much.

Either way they will never have 400 pre-rolled
