Have an nice older Beseler 5x7 enlarger and the cold light head is dimming after so many years.
Who is making replacement lamps these days?
Or, who would be able to make a brighter LED type of lamp to fit?

Light-Sources acquired Aristo some time ago, but they are still in business and supply some replacement lamps for cold light sources. They do list a few 5x7 grids (one is shown as "standard"). From the part numbers, it seems these are the V54 tubes which are for variable contrast papers (i.e., VC filters work with them). I would contact Light Sources--see:. https://www.light-sources.com/solut...ent/products/aristo/aristo-replacement-lamps/

Be sure to contact them and discuss your situation-- they seem very willing to offer support.

My 1414 Aristo head was damaged in shipping in 2014 and a new lamp was made for $500. The old light was pretty un-even, so a replacement was not that bad an idea.
