For 2475 Recording Film, I'd guess the only real replacements are TMZ from Kodak and Delta 3200 from Ilford. Both are essentially films with native speeds of anywhere from 800 to 1000. Check the tech sheets for spectral sensitivity here and here. Looks like the Ilford product has the slightly higher red sensitivity. I don't know what you'd use to replace Kodak's High Contrast Copy Film. I'd probably give TMX a try first. It has very fine grain and very high resolving power, and can be developed to a rather high gamma in ordinary developers.
