Not sure most gathered here know about General Electric AR-1 lamps, but I'll give it a go. Anyone know of a manufacturer of a similar lamp?

First time I even hear of them, I only knew of the red (Neon) discharge lamps of similar built. Thus I doubt Europe would be a source.
Are these the little purple glow Argon lamps? I've got a Arkay printer, there's some uv component. Super fast 1 second or less with any paper. The lamps were hard to find and rather costly even way back when. I required them for our Morse Contact Printer; nothing else would work as well. There are modern replacements if I can design a way to use them, but I would rather not..

Don't know if they will work, but they should. And last longer...
