I have this spanner from Micro-Tools. As shown here, the pointed silver tips can be used to remove the shutter speed dial on a Pentax K1000.

Those pointed silver tips can't remove the slotted clip which secures the wind lever, but I believe the small black flat screwdriver tips can do that. This image from the Japanese instructions show the spanner being used with different tips. Unfortunately, I don't know what the instructions say, since Japanese isn't one of the four foreign languages I know.

I don't know how to replace the tips. I pulled on them gently, but they didn't move. The small holes don't seem to provide a way to release them.

Aren't the tips locked from the side by screws?

I couldn't see that, but realized later they provided an extremely small Allen wrench which must fit in the holes to unlock the tips.
