Hi everyone,
I just tried loading one of my Contax MFB-1A inserts and discovered that the supply spool spins freely in the direction it shouldn't. In Fact, it'll spin with zero resistance in both directions. I have no idea if this is something that can easily be fixed or not.
Has anyone had any experience repairing a problem like this? or would someone be able to point me in the direction of a resource that may enable me to attempt repairing it on my own (if in fact it can be repaired).
All in all I guess I'd consider myself pretty lucky as this is the first insert to break on me in about 10 years.
