I just got a Wista 45DX rosewood and sometimes the front bellows are crooked and when folding up/focusing the camera they do not fold correctly and get in the way of the groundglass.

I was wondering if anyone knows a DIY method to correct the form of the bellows. I already tried with an electric iron but it's too big.

I have a DXIII and have had it for 20+ years at least. The bellows had issues and I shipped it to Richard Ritter and had it changed out. Like new now. Good luck with the DIY process. I did not feel skilled enough to try things on my own.
Here is a link to Large Format Repair if needed.
