repair shop or diy for cleaning oily exakta lens

I picked up an oily steinheil munchen culminar 85mm f/2.8 for cheap. It has oil all over the aperture blades and even leaked on to the inside glass. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a repair shop that could tackle this cla. If not anyone have experience working on this lens?

I'd do it myself. It looks very straightforward and easy.
