Repair resource for Kodak Ektra

I have an interest in acquiring a 1940s Kodak Ektra. From my reading I have learned that the shutters on these are quite problematic so I would like to find a technician who can CLA and otherwise refurbish whatever I buy. I learned that Ken Ruth of Bald Mountain Photography was the preeminent technician on these cameras, but unfortunately he has retired from the repair business. I would appreciate a lead to a top notch technician on these cameras. Also, is there anyone in this group who has an Ektra that they would like to sell?
