Repair needed for a Broken Copal Shutter

I have managed to break on of my Copal 1 shutters

Has anyone got a suggestion as to where I can send it to get it repaired/replaced and the aperture re-calibrated if required.

It feels like the cocking level has become disconnected internally, so the shutter won't fire.

I know these things do happen from time to time but as it was a brand new lens less than 2 years ago I am rather disappointed
