Anyone who can do a basic leaf shutter repair, like Camerawiz or Flutot's, should be able to handle it, presuming there are no parts missing or so worn as to require replacement.
I've got a good repair guy for the bullseye; you! It's not really even a leaf shutter, just a single blade that flips back and forth on a spring, total moving parts=2. These usually come out buy removing a few screws from the inside of the camera. Lighter fluid on a q-tip can usually get it working. It should take about 5 minutes.
