Repair for swivel that locks case to Rolleiflex "T" body

I have a nice case for a Rolleiflex T.

On one side, the metal "swivel" that locks the case to the upper sides of the camera works fine. On the other side, apparently the small "handle" isn't turning the locking portion.

Has anyone else encountered this and been able to fix it, and if so.....HOW?
