Hi all
I realize that some of my old prints have yellow-brown stains sometimes. Wahing problems? What can I do?
Rewash? Refixing and rewash? Something else?

Regards
Norm

Washing problems, using ones hands, poor technique. Take your pick.

Poor technique comes back to bite you. You can try rewashing but this usually does not work for old stains on FB paper. If it is RC paper then the stains are an indicator that the paper substrate is breaking down. Early RC papers had a stability problem.
