Yeah, this is my source, thank you. He speaks about a pellicle and is referencing a schematic shown on the computer to his right. As it was right there I went along. Perhaps I am mistaken.

The guy is looking at a patent drawing not an actual adapter. The internet: caveat emptor.

Yeah, Ken Wheeler said it was a patent drawing that Nikon applied for. He said that the actual adapter may be different.

After seeing what Ken said, I was curious as to how well the adapter will work. We will soon know.
