O.K., so I've been trying to find "release" material to use with drymount paper. I've seen others use it, know how to use it, really need some, but can't find any. Checked with all the art supply shops and ProPhoto shops, and folks have heard of it, but don't have any, or know where to get any. I'm sure there is a very simple solution here, but I need some help. Thanks.
I have a few rolls of the stuff. One has your name on it! Let me know when you'll be in Richmond, or else I can try to make the next Thursday meal in C'ville. I know I'll be in C'ville on 3/2.
If it helps, I use bakers parchment paper from the supermarket. Been using it for years with no problems. It does curl severely into a tube after you take it out of the press, but it lays flat when cool.

Erik
I got a square yard or so of release paper from a framing shop years ago that I've used over and over. Good to know about the parchment though, as I dont know how many over and overs are left
Mike, I've used one sheet dozens of times. I think the only limit would be if
you ripped it or creased it or got a little melted dry mount tissue on it.
