RELEASE : new organization at BERGGER SAS.
The BERGGER Company, founded in 1995 by M. Guy GERARD head chemist at the former GUILLEMINOT company, and Daniel BOUCHER, doctor in economics, is going to change.
Indeed, after 19 years at the head of the company he founded, Guy GERARD has wanted to retire.
This situation leads to a new organisation in the BERGGER Company.
From November, the 5th of 2014, Guy GERARD is leaving his function of CEO. He is going to be replaced by Aurélien LE DUC, owner of the LABO-ARGENTIQUE company. Then Guy Gerard is going to stay in the company as a technical consultant.
Daniel BOUCHER remains General Director.
The association between BERGGER, creator of premium photographic products, and LABO-ARGENTIQUE distributor, allows the creation of a new and efficient group, powerful, reactive and connected to the market.
The new head of BERGGER SAS can assure that none of the key products will be discontinued. On the contrary, the Bergger range will be enriched by a range of fine chemistries that will fit all the photographers ' needs.
We wish to inform our customers that new products are in the pipeline, and will go into production soon.
