After 25 years in the western Mojave desert, I've relocated to Idaho where most of my family have gathered over the years. I'm living in a 100 year old farm house that belongs to my parents on the outskirts of Boise, in Ustick. There is a real cellar here, something I never had in southern California. It's kind of small, but completely light tight when the door is shut. Now it's my dark room, shared with a chest freezer, the furnace, and the holding tank for the well pump. It's a constant 72 degrees in the winter, thanks to the proximity of the furnace. I'm developing and printing test rolls, trying to get my new process under control before developing the rolls of 120 B/W I shot last summer. Took these in Yellowstone and Grand Teton while vacationing with my younger son. Spent a week there in the camper. Glad to be back on board.
