Regular Film Gelatin Sensitizing with Dichromate ? Possible ?

Is it possible to sensitize the gelatin of regular film with dichromate after or before normal camera use and development ?

I am thinking to sensitize exposed and developed film gelatin to expose with uv from behind of emulsion side and resulting exposed emulsion may be used at collotype ?

The gelatin is totally hardened, and thus the dichromate does nothing.
