Reflex-Korelle repair

I got a Reflex Korelle recently, in beautiful shape cosmetically, but the FP shutter needs work. I got it more as a prop for a photo project I am doing, but it would be nice to get it fully functional.

I don't profess to being very mechanically inclined, so does anyone have any recommendations for a good repairman? (In Canada would be a definite bonus!!)
