I just read this in the Fall 2005 issue of Create Magazine Boston.
Something to reflect on - ponder. I'd like to share it here.

3. imagination. They see all the possibilities.
Teacher: What are you drawing, Amy?
Amy (age 5): God
Teacher: But Amy, nobody knows what God looks like.
Amy: They will when I'm done.
4. Passion. They love what they do. "Neither a lofty degree of intelligence, nor imagination, nor both together go to the making of genius. Love, love, love, that is the soul of genius.

I've been to countless "motivational meetings, as a rule, I hate them ... but something here rings true.
