Recommended times for Adox please

I'm getting ready to take a first try with some Adox CHS 50 and CHS 100. I'll be using HC110 for these first rolls and am looking for someones "known good" development times. I'd just like a solid starting point to work from. Anyone have any suggestions?

Oh yeah, it'll be 120 roll film in a small tank. Shot at rated ISO.

I've been OK with the MDC development times for CHS 100: 5:30 or 6:00 in dilution B. I haven't used CHS 50 but would start with the 7 minutes in B that's suggested there.
