Recommendations wanted - strap for Bronica ETRS

Which neck strap would you recommend for a Bronica ETRS? Will any decent strap do, provided it comes with connector rings?

You know I ordered a Bronica strap just recently, I think it was meant for the SQ or the GS, it's wider than the typical ETR strap, I really like it actually, I can send you a picture of it if you like. (Got it from eBay)

I have used Domke straps for a very long time with my ETRSi system, including its use for wedding coverage.

I just got an optech pro strap for my sq-a. Haven't been on an outing with it yet, but it feels pretty awesome.

Have the optech on my ETRS and i use 2 small key rings to attach to camera and strap. Works well and is real comfortable.

I use the Op-Tech strap on my Hasselblad and it is great.

Yes, at least in my case for the 'blad it comes with those rings which clip over the "post".

I have an Optech strap for my Hasselblad too, an excellent product I would recommend to anyone. Nicely priced too.

My Etrsi doesn't have post that can be clipped too. It has a post with a hole in it. Maybe the earlier models were different??

Yes the ETR has the post-the ETR-S and ETR-Si have the standard lugs.

The stock Bronica straps are not very plush-

Check out this one from Tamrac http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/53512-REG/Tamrac_N2701_N_27_Boomerang_Quick_Release.html The shoulder/neck portion of the strap is shaped like a boomerang and made of a stretchy neoprene. Makes a heavy camera feel like a feather. Ask the store about throwing in some rings as these normally come with the camera. Enjoy that Bronica!

Those are the optech super pro straps. The only difference from the pro strap is those little connectors though.

Be careful there are two types of Super Pro Connectors types "A" and "B" the correct one to fit a Bronica is Type "A"

It looks like only a couple bronicas have the proper connections to use those. Most need the regular non 'super' strap that just attaches with a split d ring.

The standard strap that came with my ETR-Si was narrow and rather short. Very pretty, dark blue, almost black, with two thin yellow stripes but slightly less than 1/2 inch wide with a leatherette pad lined with foam sewn to it that's 1 inch wide by 9 and 1/2 inches long. The rings are integral to the strap in that the strap loops through the ring and the ring holder-very secure. It's nice enough that I'm going to put it on some other, much lighter camera.

There is another Bronica strap which is wider, I guess about an inch and a half, also very pretty, blue with yellow stripes and "Zenza Bronica" in cursive script (very stylish looking ) and I would expect it would be more practical. Maybe ther are others; I don't know.
I like a long strap, so I just went with a long aftermarket strap with regular rings.

Op-Tech are my favorite straps. Soft and flexible and won't scratch cameras.
Don't know if they come with Bronica hardware or not. I once had an ETR-C
with plain Bronica strap which is OK.

Yup, I have been really impressed with mine. I was out walking around with it and really does reduce the weight of the camera in how it feels. When I bought mine, there was a choice between one to fit a blad and the other to fit an ETRSi.

Got an Optech Pro strap as a birthday present from my wife, and found two connector rings (triangle type), it works like a charm. Thanks for suggesting it.

Its funny I had bought a used 35mm kit recently that hand a kind of soft, stretchy strap that said "Brookstone" ... then when I looked closely at the plastice parts, it said "Optech" so I put it on my Bronica. Comfy!

Is it confirmed that the ETRSI also takes the Design A lugs for the op/tech strap? Also wondering whether the RZ67 takes the Design B.

i use gordy's straps, (an advertiser here)... they are great, well made and you can get them at any length you'd like. i like them more than the wide straps that advertise "expensive equipment"!
