I have spent literally hours looking at my options on ebay and the web generally. Expensive soft cases, or cheaper but very heavy rigid construction. I want a case that I can wheel around but is also light enough to carry. Am i asking too much. What are my options for carrying a Cambo 4x5 please

Camera case for Cambo`

I am assuming your camera is a monorail? Don't know about wheels, but I use the Tenba car case for my Arca, and it is quite often available used on the auction site. It is plenty good unless you are giving it to the airlines for baggage, then I would say go for a hard case, like a Storm.
they have wheels.
I shoot out of the back of my suv, so car case is perfect.

Though I now use a folding camera more, I use(d) this for my Cambo. It's a large tackle box. Though it does not have wheels incorporated, I suppose one could find one of those folding luggage carriers used by travelers.

My Wista, darkcloth, three lenses, a dozen film holders, a roll-film back, spotmeter, filters, hood, tools and some roll-film goes into a wheeled soft-side cooler. It would likely work for a monorail depending on the rail length. I have a shoulder strap for the odd times wheeling it won't work. It is waterproof for showers (top zips).

No model number. Just the Plano Tackle reference. If it helps, the outside dimensions are 21" Width, 11" Deep, 14" Height. I found mine while wandering through Cabela's one day. Saw it and wondered about fit. Went home and measured. Next trip back, I picked it up.

they really don't make anything sleek for large format?
i'd use my pelican case but it's too small and it won't accomidate my toyo GII.
anyone know of other places or sized cases where one could look to buy?
