I hate these "What should I buy" threads, but it seems that's all I've been posting lately, so I may as well continue.

I need to get going on a (primarily for B&W) filter setup, and I'm debating the different systems out there. Ideally looking for something that won't vignette (too much) on as wide as a Canon 10-22mm (77mm), but that's not an absolute necessity.

What filter system type do you use? Are you using individual screw in filters (with/without step rings), or are you using a Lee/Singh-Ray type system?

And what are your favorite filters?

If you are looking to filter that 10mm focal length I would think you really ought to give Cokin's or some other a look. You definitely want your correction colors. I would throw in for some good NDs as well.

I use 77mm B+W filters red, orange and yellow for my medium format film camera. Their pro line is very thin but you might want to contact B+W directly about the vignetting. You could also use a step up ring and use a larger filter. https://www.schneideroptics.com/Ecommerce/CatalogSubCategoryDisplay.aspx?CID=675

Note that the prices on the B+W site are about twice what you actually pay for at B and H Photo. Here's a typical. You can search B and W using the B+W stock code #.
