Recognize this neg carrier?

Could be an Omega C700 series. Hard to tell without seeing the underside.
 
I assume we're seeing the 2 halves. Not Omega C700 series. Not Omega D.

Yes, it's just two flat plates with 4 positioning studs on one and holes to match on the other.

The closest I've found so far is De Vere 504 but the neg opening is centered on those, not offset as on mine.
 
Possible DIY job?
