So I successfully re-sealed (I think, as I'll have the neg's back tomorrow) my 1000S. It was messy, took an evening and a fair amount of patience, but Jon's instructions got me through it.
I'm noticing that light is started to hit the edges of my 67 MLU's negs, but haven't QUITE reached the frames yet. Should probably seal the bugger. Big deal, or should I send it off?
Not an exciting thread. Just keeping things moving!
Last year I changed the light seals of my P6x7 MLU, using a kit from the "Kameradoktor". It was quite easy to do - some good music to play along certainly helps
In comparison, I found changing the seals at my Mamiya M645J a tiny bit trickier than changing those of the Pentax 6x7. So, not a big deal, IMO.
