I found a few red light leak spots on my 220 film I processed -- when I had a look at my Mamiya C220 the light seal foam was all rotten so I had a go at re-newing them myself.
I had some foam sheets from 'Hobby Crafts' shop in Romford ( England) which I had used for some SLR camera seals, price 80 pence -- I cleaned out the rotten foam with a cotton bud moistened slightly ( NOT TOO MUCH !) with Lighter Fuel and scraped the last sticky bits with a tooth -pick, then cut a piece about half inch wide for the top seal and stuck it in place- then for the very narrow strips I used a rotary trimmer made in Poland I had bought at my Camera Club's annual auction for £ 1-00 and moistened the sticky as I had read online so I could push the strips down into the clean grooves with end of tooth pick then left it over night before loading an old test film and shooting outdoors in bright light and then LO and BEHOLD !! No light leaks on processing and the whole thing cost less than £ 1-00 !
