My routine with RC papers:

Developer -> Stop bath -> Paper strength fix 2 min -> Rinse 7-10 minutes -> Sistan/Adostab -> Dry

OR 2 min rinse -> Selenium toner -> Rinse 7-10 min -> Dry.

Maybe I should use film strenght fix.
