How long can I store RC paper in the fridge (6 months ? 1 year ? 2-3 years ?)
I normally do 4-5 30x40cm enlargments and I have to by now a 50 sheets box, the small boxes (10 or 25 sheets) are no more availeable.

Ten years or more, but they will lose some contrast and some speed. None of which is a big problem with VC papers. Just expose a bit longer and add some contrast during printing.
If you use a freezer, put them in a plastic bag and let them thaw for a day. If you use a fridge, a couple of hours are sufficient.
