RB67 K/L 90mm lens - Fungus or not?

Hey, newbie here.
There is way too much to figure out, so I decided to ask for some help.

Trying to get all the stuff required to build my first proper analog rig.
I found a K/L 90mm lens (waiting for my RB67 Pro SD) and came to check it out in person to find those white spots on the edge under the first glass element.
Wasn't sure whether it is fungus or not, but decided to take some time to read a thing or two on the topic to avoid a dumb move.
The seller didn't mention the issue in the first place.

(Also condensate was present.)

So here is my ultimate question, fungus or not?
Could that be a beginning of the lens separation process?

Fungus is more like spider web. What you have on your photos looks like bubbles of some sort.

Dust or mold, not "fungus". Fungus will look like branches of a bush or snow flake pattern when viewed with a loupe. Use a cotton swab saturated with 90% Isopropyl Alcohol and wipe the affected area down.
Use a lens spanner to unscrew the front element to clean any internal spots.

The white spots look to be on the perimeter of the lens element. Light would not pass through this area as it is normally painted black.

This is commonly called "Schneideritis" and is not a problem at all
