RB67 Ext. Tube Exposure Comp. Table

Anyone have a pdf. of the table that Mamiya used to have on their site showing the exposure compensation for extension tube use? I have the small table in the owners manual but that doesn't include the 140mm Macro.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think the 140mm when new came with a replacement depth of field cum compensation chart...
