I have an older 90mm RB67 lens and the shutter fires fine on 1 and 2 but on all other speeds it fires at around 8. Anybody know if this means a dead shutter or a cleaning or what? Thxs, Alex

This is like the first time I have heard of a rb67 lens shutter not working correctly. Those things are tanks. When you get the quote for a CLA, look at just getting a new old lens. They are dirt cheap these days.

I have several RB lenses, that thru sitting for a few years, the shutters have become sluggish. It is not uncommon. If you use the equipment on a regular basis it should be just fine, but if it sits up, there is the danger it will get sluggish enough to require a CLA.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I'll get a CLA and hopefully it will work. Cheers,
Alex
