RB 90mm K/L why is it so hard to find?

I've been looking for a RB 90mm K/L lens for a very long time.... I see 127mm K/L often but not the 90mm. Is there a reason why former is so hard to find? Were they produced in smaller number? It seems wider normal works better for me....

I've been looking for them on Adorama, B&H, KEH, and of course APUG classified. All those places I shop regularly.

I bought mine from KEH last year and I haven't noticed they were scarce. Of course, I'm not looking for one though.
I bought a new in the box 127mm off Ebay this year. They do seem to be plentiful.
Hope you find one. They are a sharp lens.
It might be there wasn't that many made but I don't know.

Yes, 127mm seems to be plentiful. I have a beautiful one I bought from KEH in LN- I think. Yup, I'll keep looking.

There are a few on Ebay right now, including one for $175 + $5 shipping in Baltimore MD (too much in my opinion unless you REALLY need this lens). But you are right, the 90mm is not as common as the 127mm. I've had to buy some of my RB67 kit from Japan and South Korea and eat the international shipping to get what I want. This gear seems more readily available in those places.

I seem to remember that the 127mm C lenses where certainly a bit cheaper than the 90mm C lenses when they were new so that could well be a reason I guess?

The lens I have difficulty finding in good condition is the 65mm C lens, they dont seem that common

As noted by houdel, there are some on ebay at the moment. Also, I just posted one to the Classified section here at APUG... perfect condition.
