Without a picture in the ad its hard to say but the price looks about right. I think I paid about $45 for a new one from b&h last year. All it is is a ring that slides on around the rear element of the C lens to fill up the larger hole in the Pro SD body. Its a press fit and stays on the lens unless you deliberately want it off.

That is it. But call them if you need to be sure. I got mind from KEH also.

As already said the ring fills the gap in the camera throat since it is bigger. I got 1 ring, and just move it between lens.
