I recently bit the bullet and bought a used copy of vol. 1. of Grant Haist's _Modern Photographic Processing_ and came across this interesting high-speed pyro-metol low-sulfite developer. Here's an article from _Photo Techniques_ that also mentions it and includes the formula--

Anyone try this one and have any opinions/suggestions? I'll probably test it out in the next couple of weeks some time.
