RA4 - Bleach/fix and replenisher

I bought Kodak 25 gal of bleach/fix & replenisher #cat 1815430 -ptA and #cat 8471484 ptB.
The label on the box does not say any thing about using a "starter" with it..
Can some one say for sure if i can mix the 2 parts and use it as one shot
with out any starter.
Its RA4 ..I looked at the B&H site, didnt see any...
