R3800 printer - Maintenance Cartridge NOT recognised

I have a R 3800 printer in use, the maintenance cartridge is not full but the printer has decided that I should install the Maint Cart when its always been there!!

I have tried cleaning the chip to no avail.

Any similar probems? solutions.
